Libby and her dog Lucky, a Plott Hound, will be at the Mt. Pleasant Library on Tuesday, April 7, from 4-5pm. The Plott Hound is the State Dog of North Carolina. Come by and have a "howling" good time. Please call them @ 704.436.2202.
